I was used to work for SHUTTERS part time in my student days, but after graduating, I took a job at a French restaurant. Even after working there for five years, I couldn’t forget the food, atmosphere, and service at SHUTTERS, and returned to the fold as a full time employee at the Jiyugaoka location.After working there for two years, I became the manager.Now I tackle my duties with a sense of responsibility for everything at work. At SHUTTERS, we evaluate people not by their level of experience, but by their effort, making for a workplace where even people without experience with dining can thrive.
